Site Engineer:

From time to time and depending on current projects we require to recruit Site Engineers to support other engineers on larger sites or indeed to act as Site Engineer on smaller ones. Please contact us if you have a qualification in the construction or related industry and if you have at least 2 to 3 years experience working in construction. This experience needs to include residential developments.

Accounts Manager:

We are looking for a self motivated, ambitious, pro active, hands on individual to manage our finance function.

The role will include the following;

  • Management of all aspects of the companies finances function.
  • Responsible for influencing business decisions through cash flow analysis which provide sound management information for the managing director.
  • Produce weekly management report for the managing director.
  • Responsible for ensuring company compliance with external bodies and their requirements including banks, revenue and other construction industry regulations.
  • Review and analyze costs for building projects and compare actual to budgeted cost variances.
  • Evaluate the viability of future projects.
  • Cash flow management
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with all tax heads, providing proactive and innovative tax advice
  • Ad hoc duties under the direction of the managing director.
  • Be flexible in approach in work and be prepared to work with and do the work as the occasion would permit of the accounts payable position, i.e. invoice clearing and wages

Qualified professional accountant e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA with 3-5 years post qualification experience preferably in industry.

Preparation of Irish Corporation Tax and VAT exposure liaising with external advisors as necessary.

Team player who is proactive and has a flexible approach to work, meeting the needs of the team and the business at all times. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Be a self-starter who is motivated and innovative.

Salary Negotiable.
